Our Zebra Biltong has a bold, earthy flavour with a mild hint of game. Often described as ‘beefy’ It is not as earthy in flavour as venison but is stronger than normal beef and does not leave a lingering after taste as with some game. The flesh is very lean (less than 6g of fat per 100g) and is exceptionally soft in texture. And bursting with 60% Protein its one of our favourites.
